The Real Danger is a punkrock band from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We played our first show on july 7, 2006. This date also marks the release of our 4 song demo. The Real Danger consists of all members of a now defunct Dutch hardcore band, with the added bonus of a second guitar player - someone we've been friends with for a long time. All members are active in various other bands.I

nfluenced by bands such as Descendents, Face to face, Bouncing Souls, Sub Society and many more, The Real Danger tries to achieve but one thing: play punkrock songs with catchy hooks and plenty of melody, while trying to maintain an urgency and realness (for lack of a better word) not too often found with melodic punkrock bands anymore, especially in the Netherlands.
